Jade and her pig companion Pey\u2019j were unforgettable characters in a richly detailed sci-fi world, where you use a camera and a trusty stick instead of guns. The game resonated so well with players that they\u2019ve been eagerly awaiting a sequel ever since \u2014 but Beyond Good & Evil 2 has been stuck in development hell for 15 years, longer than even Duke Nukem Forever.The trailer also highlights a \u201creorchestrated soundtrack.\u201d Last year, it was announced that the game would include autosave and cross-save features, making it more accessible and user-friendly compared to the original, which was released during the era of save points in video games. I\u2019ll probably play it on a handheld device!We knew the remaster was in the works \u2014 Ubisoft accidentally released an unfinished version of the game last November, forcing an early confirmation of its existence. Just recently, they deleted a tweet that accidentally revealed the June 25th release date. The game\u2019s trophies were also leaked earlier this month.
