Cyberpunk 2077’s 2.2 update introduces fresh ways to personalize your character and vehicles, alongside enhancements to photo mode.
The latest update for Cyberpunk 2077 is here, adding a wealth of customization options for players. Character personalization receives new features, including the ability to equip striking double eyes. Developer CD Projekt Red has also introduced an upgraded randomizer in the character creator, featuring a “plain-to-punk” slider, making it easier to fine-tune your V’s look.
Vehicles also get more customization options, with expanded paint job availability across in-game brands. Players can now scan paint jobs they like on other vehicles and apply them to their own. A surprise addition to the update is Johnny Silverhand (played by Keanu Reeves) occasionally appearing as a passenger while you’re driving.
Photo mode sees notable improvements, including a free camera and the option to add characters to your shots, offering greater creative possibilities for capturing the game’s stunning visuals.
Celebrating its four-year anniversary, Cyberpunk 2077 has come a long way since its rocky launch, evolving into a highly refined experience. The game is also set to debut on Apple Silicon Macs in early 2025, marking a new chapter for Mac gamers.
