A new trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition has been shared today, showcasing the enhanced world and features of this upcoming release for the Nintendo Switch.
The trailer provides a sneak peek into the updated sci-fi RPG, which was originally released in 2015 for the Wii U. Now, it’s coming to the Nintendo Switch with a variety of new story elements to explore, new characters to meet (and possibly love or hate), new Skell units, and vastly improved visuals. The trailer highlights all the exciting updates, and fans of the Xenoblade Universe can look forward to an expanded adventure with enhanced gameplay.
Set in the year 2054, Xenoblade Chronicles X is a tale of survival after Earth is destroyed in a war between two alien races. With humanity on the brink of extinction, a group of survivors crash-lands on the planet Mira. It’s up to the player to restore humanity and give them a fighting chance to rebuild on this alien world.
As you explore Mira, you will encounter various environments and challenges. The game offers a special feature—a Skell, a powerful exoskeleton that can fly, transform into a vehicle, and greatly aid you in battle.
