The Official Pixel 9 Pro Cases Have Leaked – and Feature an Unexpected New Color

Another unexpected Pixel 9 Pro color has been revealed in the latest leak, and it’s turning heads.

It’s fair to say the constant stream of Google Pixel 9 leaks is becoming a flood. The latest unofficial revelations show off the official Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL cases – and they come with a surprising new color option.

These renders, courtesy of renowned leaker @OnLeaks and Android Headlines, reveal how the substantial camera shelf bumps on the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL will be protected by the curved contours of these silicon cases.

Assuming these colors are accurate, we’re looking at Charcoal, Porcelain, Hazel, and Rose as the color options, along with Aloe – matching one of the options for the Google Pixel 8a. Up until now, we weren’t expecting Aloe for the Pixel 9 Pro.

There may still be a few surprises ahead of the official unveiling of these phones, scheduled for Tuesday, August 13. We’ll be sure to bring you all the news and announcements as they happen.

XL Size

As for the Pixel 9 Pro XL cases, the colors include Charcoal, Porcelain, Hazel, and Rose – but no Aloe. This suggests an exclusive color might be coming to the Pixel 9 Pro, with the standard Pixel 9 colors varying yet again.

These cases appear to be similar to the official cases we’ve seen from Google for previous Pixel phones, featuring a smooth, rubbery exterior and a soft fabric finish inside to keep your handset well-protected.

At this rate, there might be little left for Google to reveal when its launch event arrives. In addition to official teasers, we’ve heard plenty about the upgraded specs we can expect, as well as the potential designs of these phones.
