ProPLAY Brings Cutting-Edge Realism to NBA 2K25
NBA 2K25 introduces ProPLAY technology, which adds a new level of realism with over 9,000 animations derived from real NBA game footage. These animations include 1,500 dribbling movements and 1,100 signature shots, meticulously capturing the unique style of the top NBA players from the 2023-2024 season. The game also boasts a new dribble engine, providing more fluid and dynamic motion to enhance player immersion.
The City Gets a Makeover Based on Community Feedback
The City, a fan-favorite feature from previous NBA 2K games, has received major upgrades in response to player feedback. The revamped environment now features a competitive hub called “Boulevard of the Stars” and a ranked mode in the Proving Grounds. Additionally, MyCOURT and MyPARKS make a comeback, offering players more ways to connect and compete within the game.

NBA 2K25’s seasonal structure continues, offering fresh content every six weeks. Season 1 begins at launch and includes 40 rewards for players on the free track, with the Pro Pass offering an additional 40 levels of premium rewards. The soundtrack features 61 tracks, with new music added at the start of each season from labels such as Capitol and Interscope.

NBA 2K25 is priced at $69.99 for current-generation consoles and $59.99 for last-generation consoles and PC. Those interested in upgrading can opt for the All-Star Edition at $99.99, which includes both generations, or the Hall of Fame Edition, priced at $149.99.
