This news was shared in a post on Weibo by leaker Ice Universe, who has a credible track record of sharing accurate details regarding Apple products. The leaker claims that the iPhone SE 4 will launch sooner than expected, early next year, with some major upgrades, including a new design and display technology.

The forthcoming iPhone SE 4 is slated to feature an OLED display, a substantial upgrade from the SE 3, which houses an LCD panel. The display size is also expected to increase, with the handset likely to feature an iPhone 16-like design. If the rumors hold true, we could see the screen size increase to 6.1 inches. Recently, it was reported that the iPhone SE 4 would be identical to the iPhone 16 from the back, as both devices are slated to use the same backplate process.
